It is hard to discern...one article I read said around 3.5 billion, much of

it from the Porkulus Bill (thanks Nanzi)...total cost could approach 100 billion with beleaguered Cali taxpayers bearing much of the cost. High real estate costs, environmental impact studies, 3 mountain ranges, and Cali labor costs all adding to the cost explosion.
